Beginner and Intermediate classes are combined. Beginner students start with a basic foundation in pottery. Classes cover pottery wheel and additional techniques to accompany the wheel. Classes also cover glazing and kiln firing techniques. Classes allow intermediate students to advance in skill with new techniques and approaches to the medium. Cost $15.00 per class plus $30 supply fee(covers (1) 25 pound bag of clay and glazes for the 25 pounds of clay. Buy clay as you need.
First Friday Try clay: 8/7, 9/4, 10/2, 11/6, 12/4 Time: 7pm - 9pm Want to try making something with clay? We offer a First Friday class. Students will work with clay and paint their art. All work will be fired. We will call you when your work is ready to be picked up. Cost: 20.00 per person.
Ghost: 3rd Friday of the month 8/21, 9/18, 10/16, 11/20, Time: 7pm - 9pm
One time class to give you and your significant other a spin on the wheel. Great as a date, couples party,etc. Minimum 4 people. Limit of 8 people. Cost : $40. Per couple.
INDIVIDUAL POTTERY STUDIO TIME ( Whenever there isn't a class in session)
1. No instruction will be provided 2. $70 Monthly basis or 6 months for $350 or yearly for $675. 3. Clay is $30.00 per bag- includes 2 firings and glaze
Handbuilding - Let's put the "fun" in functional!! Make serving pieces, dinner ware and much more. You will learn how to make your own molds and create functional handbuilt pottery. FOUR WEEK CLASS STARTING: Feb 5TH 5:30pm - 7:30pm - Thursdays OR TUE Feb 5-- TUE 1PM - 3PM $80.00 plus $30 Supply fee
