Watercolor has been an enormously popular painting medium since the nineteenth century. One of watercolors great qualities is the color transparency, which the students will learn how to use in their own watercolor paintings. We will learn how to mix color, use the right brushes, and brushstroke techniques. In this workshop we will learn about composition, light and form, tonal painting, and negative space.
